1.How do I get the apartment key?
On the day of arrival, you will receive the key from 16:00 to 22:00 at our neighbor's restaurant Odore del Mare, Fördepromenade 1, 24944 Flensburg. In special cases we can also arrange an individual arrival time with you.
Please note that a security deposit of 100 € will be collected in cash upon collection of the keys. EC / credit card can not be accepted !! Please understand that the restaurant only takes over the keys for us - for problems or comments of any kind, we alone of the cubic meters GbR are responsible (firstname.lastname@example.org). The deposit will be refunded to you after checking the apartment and transferred to your account. For this we ask you to send us your account data incl. IBAN number by e-mail to email@example.com.
2. How do I get my deposit back?

3. When can I move into the apartment?
Usually you have the option to move into the apartment from 16:00. In exceptional cases, we can also arrange an individual time - talk to us at email@example.com.
4. When do I have to check out?
You will usually have to move out of the apartment by 11:00 on the day of departure. In exceptional cases, but we can also arrange an individual time, talk to us like at firstname.lastname@example.org.
5. Where should I hand in the apartment key after my departure?
Please throw the apartment key after your check-out in the mailbox of the advertising agency Hochzwei- Fördepromenade 16-18 in Flensburg Sonwik, or come in shortly
6. Where can I park my car?
We are happy to let you rent a paid parking space for the duration of your stay. The cost is 5 EURO per night. Unfortunately, the capacities are very limited. Good news at the end: from Friday to Sunday you park in our free parking lot in Sonwik.
7. Do I have to bring bed linen?
No, your apartment awaits you with freshly made beds. We are happy to provide by arrangement bed linen for a baby travel bed - just contact us at email@example.com.
8. Do I have to bring towels?
We provide each guest with a large shower sheet and a towel. If you also need more towels or beach towels, you have to bring your own.
9. Is there W-LAN in my apartment?
Yes, we provide our holiday guests in each apartment with free Wi-Fi. The W-LAN key can be found in the accompanying brochure, which you received with your apartment key.
10. Can I bring my pet?
Pets are unfortunately not allowed in our apartments.
11. Who can I reach in emergencies?
In urgent emergencies around the apartment you can reach us at firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone +49 151-149 77 318.
On Mondays- Fridays you can also meet us in the time between 8:00 and 18:00 clock in the advertising agency Hochzwei, Fördepromenade 16-18 in Flensburg Sonwik also personally.

12. Where can I dispose of my household waste?
The garbage cans of the apartments Fördepanorama and Seestern (Fördepromenade No. 20) are located directly behind the building.
The garbage disposal room for the apartments Weitsicht and Fjordblick are located on the ground floor of the residential tower. Detailed directions can be found on the one hand in the apartment as well as in the accompanying brochure, which you received with the apartment key.
